Licht und Luft hinlänglich Zutritt haben, oder auf den Bäumen von Gebirgskämmen etwa bis 600 m s. m (soweit meine Beobachtungen reichen) oder endlich am reichlichsten, üppigsten und in mehreren Arten auf den Ästen von Strandbäumen, zum Beispiel auf Calophyllum Inopliyllmn.
