Hi Chandz, how do you manage with load shedding... Keeping the water warm? Your plants look great! So, I presume it's low twenties?

I'm so sorry, I only saw this comment now!

Most my fish do fine with loadshedding as I don't keep their tanks too warm (eg. 24-26C) and the tanks are understocked. I do however use AC/DC airpumps on my more sensitive species tanks and do extra water changes on my grow out tanks to be safe.

Thank you Yes, that tank sits at 24C.

No worries, jeese you up late.
Yes, I'm loving the cooler Temps. I have Wcmm's and celestial pearl's. (little tryouts, lol). I love my plants. Atm I only have a 700 cube keeping plants and fishes going. I'm welding a stand for a 1.7 (that I picked up for a bargain). I really like deeper tanks as love my vallis americana. I scavenge driftwood from around Tableview gardens, with the owners consent of course.
Cool, chat again in about 6 months, lol.

Lovely to see crevices again and being bred well done do your pairs colour up with red in them ? I bred them in my big tank with breeding pairs of temporalis chiclids very much stood their ground against those gentle giants .
