The stunning Royal Panaque grows up to 40cm in wild, but rarely reaches more than 25cm in the aquarium. The fish is a peaceful species which requires plenty of room. Large, or robust plants will not be harmed providing the fish has adequate algae and food. Feed on algae or vegetable based foods.
