NHS NOSE job blagger Carla Bellucci has given birth to her fourth child and named her Blu Gianna - and claims she made £100k selling sexy snaps when pregnant.
Carla, 39, from Hitchin, Herts, who hit headlines when she blagged a free NHS nose job by faking depression, shared the happy news with her 128,000 Instagram followers.
Proud mum-of-four Carla posted a picture of her newborn daughter’s feet, and wrote: “Welcome to the world our beautiful daughter.
“Blu Gianna.
“Born on 27th September 2021. We are so in love she is just perfect.”
Baby Blu has already helped Carla rake in the cash, as the mum revealed she made £100,000 selling sexy snaps of her baby bump.

Speaking to Fabulous, Carla said: "During my pregnancy I ended up making a lot of money enough to secure ourselves to buy a family home within the next three months thanks to the OnlyFans subscribers and the pics I was selling.
"I made well over £100,000 which is life changing money."
Previously Carla said she was planning on live-streaming her birth for £10,000, but decided against it in the end.
The mum said: "I didn’t end up live streaming the birth as Blu was not growing in the last weeks of pregnancy so the decision was made with no choice but to have an elective c section a natural would of been too risky.
"She was delivered at 38 weeks so as it was pre planned a week before I was able to go get my hair nails Botox etc all done before hand."

In March, Carla told Fabulous she was planning on carrying on with OnlyFans when she was pregnant and said: “I reckon there’s a big market for people with pregnancy fetishes and at the end of the day I still need to make money.
“I made over £3,000 the day it came out about my pregnancy. Men want to see my bump and they are excited about me growing.
“I have had requests for my breastmilk, which I find totally random and didn’t even know was a thing.”
To celebrate her new baby, Carla revealed she was splashing out on a £15,000 gender reveal party with £4,000 worth of food.
The mum said she was hiring two private chefs, two mixologists/bartenders, candy carts, Champagne walls, a photographer, videographer and a fancy gazebo.
Carla, who had her baby with her 51-year-old boyfriend, previously told Daily Star: "There will be an £800 four-tier cake, a DJ to play throughout the day and also a dome just in case of the weather…

“There is no budget – or no expenses spared – we are using the OnlyFans money. I made £1,400 a DAY in the past few weeks.”
Carla, a model and influencer, who is already mum to Tanisha, 15, and Jayden, 13, and a 19-year-old son, said she's been criticised for cashing in on her pregnancy but doesn't let that faze her.
She said: “I know people are going to go crazy but I’m a businesswoman and I need to make money… I am my business."
The baby is Carla’s fourth, and there is a 19 year age gap between her oldest and her youngest.

Carla said the pregnancy news came as a great surprise to her and her partner.
“I’m 40 this year! I don’t think anyone was expecting this,” she told Fabulous.
“We weren’t trying, and my partner is 51 so he was very shocked at his age, but he’s really looking forward to being a dad again.
“It’s a total u-turn to what we thought life would throw at us, our kids are getting older, his eldest daughter is 24 and my son is 19 this year.”
Carla previously said how she had been outraged over the amount of mums who had let themselves go in lockdown.
She said that her fourth pregnancy would give her the chance to prove that you don’t have to be a ‘scummy mummy.’
“I’m just going to keep being a yummy mummy,” she says.
“I actually had horrendous morning sickness so I lost weight which has given me a bit of a head start.
“I am going to give myself four weeks after I’ve had the baby to be back in shape.
“This is my chance to prove that you don’t have to turn into a scummy mummy.”
But while Carla says that her looks are important, above all she is focussed on being a great mum to her baby.
She adds: “People don’t agree with my parenting skills but I know I’m a really good mum, and that’s something I’m really confident about.
“I’m not perfect but nobody is. No matter what I do in life I am good mum.”
