Looks very similar to the old hybrid Lottie Hobby (1839 Edwards) ? which is a breviflorae hybrid.

The three fuchsias that I know that look similar to your photo are Fuchsia thymifolia, Fuchsia 'Isis', and Fuchsia 'Lottie Hobby" (as Gail said; there's also a variegated form that's sometimes sold under this name in my area.) I am not a fuchsia expert, and those three all look very similar to my eye, so I'm interested to hear how to tell them apart. Here are a couple of photos of my Fuchsia 'Isis' for reference. Plant size is roughly 6 inches (15 cm) in diameter by 15 inches (38 cm) in height so far this year for me; this fuchsia is a perennial in my zone 8 garden.

There's also a Fuchsia microphylla, which I don't know personally.
Best of luck sorting yours out!
Kelly
