Black ray shrimp gobies now just £10.

We had 46 of these little beauties in this week. Growing to around 1.5” these small gobies make an excellent reef tank inhabitant. As you can see they are quite sociable too. These Gobies are normally £25 each, but, are on special offer this week at just £10, only while stocks last though!

The statues in Bali are everywhere throughout the island, and usually given offerings each day.

Tiger pistol shrimp, a few dozen in stock

Tiger pistol shrimps (Alpheus bellulus).

Pistol shrimps such as this Tiger pistol shrimp will pair up with Black ray shrimp gobies, and other shrimp gobies too. This interesting symbiotic relationship is very entertaining to watch in a reef tank. One of two species of pistol shrimps in stock.

Dwarf pufferfish

Two more species of Dwarf puffers in this week. The very unusual Lantern dwarf puffer, and the more commonly seen Valentini dwarf puffer. We also have other dwarf pufferfish in stock, along with a Mimic filefish too.

The much more often available, but, always popular, Valentini dwarf puffer (Canthigaster valentini).

Monkeys such as these two are a common site in Bali.

Blue eye cardinal.

This photo really doesn’t do them justice. The way the light flashes in their eye like a shiny sapphire is amazing. A great shoaling fish for nano reefs, and small to medium sized reef tanks. Much less aggressive than the more often seen Banggai cardinals. As with most cardinalfish, these are best kept in a group.

This street in Bali is fairly typical of the more built up areas.

Spotted mandarin (Synchirpos picturatus).

These Spotted mandarins are much easier to keep than larger Mandarin species.

Scooter.

These very entertaining member of the Dragonet family (Mandarins & Scooters), are much more sociable than the Mandarin species. Scooters are brilliantly entertaining. Best kept in groups in small to medium sized reef tanks.
