Bei Verbrennungen der Haut sollte man Zitronensaft, 5%-ige Essiglösung oder 40 – 70%-igen Alkohol auf die betreffenden Stellen geben, und ggf. einen Arzt konsultieren.

Eine Information zum Gift:
Unsere Wachsrose stammt aus dem Mittelmeer. Als wir dort waren, wurde mein damals kleiner Sohn extrem an der Hand verätzt. Er hat geschrien, wie am Spieß, und die Stelle war verätzt (rot-weiß).

In den Monaten der Pflege einer Wachsrose bin ich auch schon paarmal dran gekommen, es fühlte sich unangenehm klebrig an.

Aus diesen Erfahrungen heraus gehe ich davon aus, dass sie ihr Gift gezielt einsetzen kann.

Meine große Wachsrose aus Kroatien, die ich seit 3/4 Jahr pflege und deren tentakel über 30 cm reichen, hat sich heute am großen Pfaffenhut-Seeigel vergriffen. Ansonsten ggü allen Tieren bislang friedlich.

Sehr pflegeleicht und ein echter Hingucker im Aquarium.
