Trying to identity this, just noticed it today on one of my clownfish while doing a water change. Can’t decide if it is Lymphocystis or Ich or something else? It does look a little fuzzy to me, don’t notice any excessive mucus.

The fish is eating and acting normal.

Any help identifying would be appreciated.

The other clown on the tank looks fine.

Welcome to R2R! Agreed it does look like lympho as it is largely located on the fins or the fin bases. However, early brook can present like ich, velvet or Brook. Keep a close eye on this on this particular fish. Are you prepared to treat for all of the above? Beautiful fish BTW.

Thanks for the input! I’m going to keep a close eye on him and see what he is looking like tomorrow since it just showed up and did a large water change today. Ready to QT and treat depending on what happens.

The spots are too big for ich or velvet. So likely lympho since no other symptoms, right? Swimming into powerheads, hiding from light, gasping for breath, flashing on rocks, etc. Or early Brook.
