I utilize person-centered and integrated approaches in therapy to address the dynamics of your inner life and commit to supporting your emotional growth, which allows me to create a therapeutic experience that's unique to each client.
My primary experience has been with members of the LGBTQIA+ community, but I have studied many tactics and techniques to facilitate people experiencing narcissistic and emotionally abusive relationships, specifically those which include gaslighting. I have also worked with teens on issues related to parent-child conflict, school issues and self-esteem.
I work with people of all walks of life, regardless of their gender, sexual, or religious/spiritual identity, and believe that no matter what's taking place in life you can continue to move forward.
