Supporting Gold winner: RDL Group
RDL Group scooped the services and infrastructure award at the Gold Awards. The Upper Hutt company, a 28-year stalwart of Wellington’s business landscape, was recognised for its wide range of offerings, from construction and demolition to asbestos removal.
The company, run by father and son David and Benji Sneddon, credited their staff members for the award. ‘‘They’re really special people,’’ David Sneddon said.
Some of their projects include working to rebuild Helping You Help Animal’s sanctuary site in the Hutt Valley, and demolishing the earthquake-damaged Revera House.
