General information about Pupnatska Luka

The Pupnatska Luka beach is located on the southern coast of Korcula Island, about 15 kilometers from Korcula Old Town in the east and 30 kilometers from Vela Luka in the west of the island. The beautiful bay can be reached by a narrow, asphalted road. The drive there is worth it because even from the top of the coastal road you will enjoy an extraordinary view of the dream beach and the deep blue sea. Once you arrive at the beach, there are enough parking facilities, which is convenient if you come with your own car.

In the bay you will find a beautiful, fine natural beach surrounded by lush vegetation and greenery. Often called a sandy beach, it is actually a very fine pebble beach. The beach in the bay was voted one of the 20 best beaches on the European coast by “The Guardian”. The sea is crystal clear and at the edge of the bay, close to the rocks, you will find places to go snorkeling and explore an interesting underwater world. In addition, this beach slopes in a shallow way into the sea, which is especially appreciated by families with children and the elderly.

If you like, you can rent an umbrella and sunbeds or find a shady spot under the pine trees. Just behind the beach, there is a small restaurant and a cozy beach bar, which provide the necessary food and cool drinks. From the terrace, guests enjoy a magnificent sea view and the opposite island of Lastovo – an ambience that truly invites to linger.
