The late summer foliage of Spice Bush (Lindera erythrocarpa), an aromatic deciduous shrub or small tree up to 7m tall It is native to Japan, Korea and nearby parts of China and has heads of small, scented, yellow flowers in spring to early summer, followed by small red fruits in autumn.
