Sasa kurilensis is ideal for dense planting of boxes and the like.
Can be planted in a tub or in a group. The plant also does well under the shade of trees. Can also be used as border planting.
The stem is green in color and has leaves that become large and wide, 25 cm long and up to 6 cm wide. Get close bushy leaf to the ground.

This bamboo species grows strongly and gets a dense foliage.
As a result, weeds and the like do not get a chance to develop. The shoots of this Sasa kurilensis are small but edible.
The Sasa kurilensis also rarely propagates and a root limiter is needed.
