Looking for information to help me figure out the gender of my sajica. I have looked all over and the only information i can find is regarding spawning habits. What size do they become sexually active? Certain traits or coloration that differentiate male and female?

Typically the males have more elongated, reddish-colored fins. Females are more round-bodied, with rounded yellow fins.

I'd say the one you posted is probably female.

I could be wrong, but they all look female to me
The above photos are all of the same fish. 2 of the 3 fish I have show that same coloration. The third is the smallest and gets picked on the most. It is usually black which I'm guessing is due to stress. When I look closely I see red coloration and no yellow. Is this a male? Are females more aggressive?

above is a male. Note the steep profile, square head, and elongated fins.
below a female, note the less steep, less square profile, also note the color in the dorsal fin

males do not show the bright and dark contrast in the dorsal.
females are generally much smaller, and overall color is much deeper.
Below my pair together

To me OP the yellow hues in the dorsal, and round profile appear to be female.
below another shot of a male with dorsal more extended, note lack of bright color
