Rest and relaxation on the Mediterranean coast
The Costa del Azahar has a pleasant climate and nice temperatures both in summer and winter. The beaches are a lot less busy compared to most other Spanish Costas. This explains why the Costa del Azahar is very popular with families looking for rest and relaxation. There are too many places to mention if you want to go swimming, sailing or wind surfing. Kite surfing is also becoming increasingly more popular. The landscape is characterised by the many orange groves that the region is famous for, and there are also various cultural and historical attractions, including the Roman city of Sagunto with its many ruins.
