One more short I'ld like to share with you from my student years at Sint-Lukas Brussel, LUCA School of Arts and it's my Bachelor film Penitence! A story about a man being released from prison who sets out to seek forgiveness for his actions. I had a great time making this film with my good friends and talented actors Aran Bert, Nora Alberdi, Marcel Gonzalez, Jacqueline Ghaye and Karl Ferlin! + Special mention for Nicolas De Pelsmaeker! Last weekend at the 73rd Montecatini International Short Film Festival our film BEAU MONDE - a short film by Hans Vannetelbosch won the Critics' Choice Award and Best Director!! We would like to thank both juries from the bottom of our hearts! A big warm cheers to our amazing cast, crew and everyone involved in the making of our film!! We love you guys!!

Good news coming out of Greece! BEAU MONDE - a short film by Hans Vannetelbosch is one of the films awarded for The Cinematic Achievement Awards at TiSFF * THESS SHORT FILM FESTIVAL!! 🏆 In the words of Yiannis Zachopoulos, Director of TiSFF: "As you all know we were always much against the word "best", there is no such thing as "best" for anything, especially for cinematic works. Thus, since 2007 we award our CINEMATIC ACHIEVEMENT AWARDS to the films that made a strong impression and impact to our audience and our Committee. " With this we would like add many thanks to the committee and the audience of Thessaloniki! ❤ And as always a big warm shout-out to the best cast and crew anyone can hope for!! Namaste! BEAU MONDE - a short film by Hans Vannetelbosch has just been selected for the 9th Goa Short Film Festival where we will have our Indian and Asian Premiere!!  Big thanks to the committee for selecting our film! Lots of hugs to all cast and crew for this amazing experience! We love you! 

We're very happy to share with you that BEAU MONDE - a short film by Hans Vannetelbosch will have its Greek premier at the Thess International Short Film Festival in Thessaloníki from the 2nd till the 16th of October 2022!! Many thanks to the festival for selecting our film and to Agence belge du court métrage for all their help getting the word out! A warm embrace to everyone involved in making our film. You have all been an invaluable part in its succes and for that we cannot thank you enough!

About 7 years ago I made the decision to go back to filmschool and finish my education. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made and have since advised anyone doubting about second chances to never give up. At the end of my first year back at school I made this short film called While We're Waiting. It was a great experience making a film again after so long. It also introduced me to Aran Bert and Lino De Koninck who are not just great proffesionals in their field but have also become great friends through the years. I also had the absolute pleasure to work with Tim Hodgetts, Saskia Van Nuffelen, Brad Moore and our friend Innocent Kamana who we will always cherish in our hearts.
