The last 9 months have been challenging, yet rewarding, as I went from stability and structure in the corporate world to chaos and sleep deprivation in the new Mom world! He's obviously worth it! 😍 I am back from maternity leave and I’m happy to share that I’ve been promoted to Analytics and Insights Leader at AstraZeneca! Thank you to Miriat Naiga and the rest of the Leadership Team for the opportunity and flexibility as I find the balance between career and motherhood! I am looking forward to delivering some exciting results for AZ with the rest of the excellent team whom I've missed dearly!

Today is the day! It is my last day of work before I embark on the biggest project of my career… being a Mom! 🤰🏻 AstraZeneca have been so supportive during my pregnancy and I cannot wait to get back to achieving big things with them when I return in 2024! Until then… wish me luck! 🍀

💭 I've come across (and wanted to share) a fabulous article from Harvard Business Review discussing all things data and analytics. 📈 Businesses generate a plethora of meaningful data as part of their well built processes, but many businesses are data rich but insights poor. As business leaders cruise towards threats of tougher trading conditions, data (and what you do with that data) has never been more important. 🤔 Effective insights and analytics should allow you to visualise the data, identify the potential pitfalls, and use AI to forecast; thus, allowing you to optimise your supply chain, lower your inventory, improve your business processes and create high performing teams. 💪 (Not to mention linking LEAN with data to improve your process dwell times and much much more!)
