I just wanted to say that I love your gallery. I am an aspiring underwater photographer and I am wondering what kind of camera(s) you use to get your shots.

I am just using an Olympus point-and-shoot camera, TG-4 for my current underwater pictures. Previously, I was using Sony RX100.
How about you? What camera/set-up are you using and where do you usually dives? Posted 7 years ago
With regards to TG4, you can't set your shutter speed. It will depends on the preset settings in the camera i.e. Underwater (Landscape, Actions, Macro), Microscope mode, or Program mode. In some of the settings, you might be able to get shutter speed above 1/100 but its pre-determined by the camera. The advantage of TG4 is that without a housing, it is good for 15 meters, and with a housing, that means, it is highly unlikely the camera will be flooded even if water goes into the housing/case. Its not the best camera around, but practical if you want to get decent pictures of big stuff and also small or even tinier stuff less than 1cm! Posted 7 years ago
