Horse Head Nebula
This page of IGN's Mass Effect wiki guide is all about the Horse Head Nebula, a hub to accessing the various systems within it. These systems are Fortuna, Pax and Strenuus.
Everything in the Horse Head Nebula
The Horse Head Nebula is found in the South-West region of the Milky Way. It's easily found as it will always be marked with a blue label with "Noveria" on it, since that's one of the Missions Worlds you need to go to.
Fortuna
Fortuna is the marker in the North-West area of the Horse Head Nebula.

Pax

MSV Majesty
The MSV Majesty is small object located just west of Xawin, the fourth planet in the system, and is part of the Privateers Side Quest. Look for the blinking glint of light near Xawin, then Scan it. Once you've done this, Travel to it and Scan it again to learn that you need to land on Xawin itself.
Xawin
Xawin is the fourth planet orbiting the star, and is where you continue the Privateers Side Quest; you cannot land here without scanning the MSV Majesty first just West of it. To get all the loot here, you should bring squad members capable of Hard Electronics and Average Decryption.
