The photo is safe to view but it doesn't look like anything that I would call plectranthus.

Looks more like a kalanchoe of some type......maybe K. tomentosa in one of its many permutations.

The photo is just posted in a popular webhosting site (Imgur) and is completely safe to open.

Most Plectranthus specimens are in much lower light and have a more splayed appearance. Are you able to add a pic to this discussion looking down at it? It could be something like this, maddeningly unlabeled pic in this article

IDK. Those were links from a search. One could do their own search for pics using the names.

That would be another one to compare. A synonym of Plectranthus aegyptiacus.
