Not every teenager gets the opportunity to spend the first half of his summer vacation doing what Cameron Potter got to do in the nation’s capital last month.
Potter is a rising junior at Paul Duke STEM High School, but he also served as a member of the U.S. Senate Page program in June, having been sponsored in the program by U.S. Sen. Johnny Isakson, R-Ga. He was in the thick of activity happening on the Senate floor, getting a chance to not only see Isakson and his colleagues at work, but to also help them in a small way.
