Mahendra Singh Dhoni, as we all know, is a bonafide petrol head. But instead of buying top-of-the-line fancy cars, he chooses to invest his millions in bikes instead. His two-wheelers are generally not available in the country and are bougie as hell.

The former Indian Cricket Team skipper recently took one of his most precious jewels out for a drive. The cricketer was seen riding his Kawasaki Ninja H2 while heading back home from the Ranchi International cricket stadium. And boy, can you hear the bike roar.

However, it should be noted that this bike is not a new addition to Dhoni’s impressive garage. In fact, Mahi was the first person in India to buy the Kawasaki Ninja H2. He bought it back in 2015 when the price was still ₹29 lakhs (ex-showroom). But even though it was bought a long time ago, Dhoni hadn’t really taken this beast out on the roads. And even though the technology has been there for a while, the Kawasaki Ninja H2 is still among one of the fastest and most powerful road-legal bikes there are in the world right now.

It is equipped with a supercharger to boost the power output of the motor and is the only supercharged mass production that is on sale in the world, currently. It is powered by the 998cc liquid-cooled inline-four motor, which churns out 200PS at 11,000rpm and gives a peak torque of 113.4Nm at 10,500rpm. If the rider wants his Ninja H2 to churn out more power, a Ram Air can be added to bump up the output to 210PS. The MotoGP on this bike makes effortless and quicker gear shifts possible. Even after four years, there’s only a handful number of Ninja H2 owners in India. And in today’s time, the same bike will cost you almost ₹35 lakh.

This bike has actually been inspired by its “evil twin” called the Ninja H2R, which has a little more of everything the H2 has, except that it is a track-only bike. The price of the H2R is ₹72 lakh (ex-showroom).

The Kawasaki Ninja H2 is a part of Dhoni’s enviable bike collection, which includes beauties like Confederate Hellcat X132, Ducati 1098, Kawasaki Ninja ZX14R, Harley Davidson Fatboy and the Yamaha YZF600 Thundercat, among others.

Only recently, Captain Cool made another addition to his garage with the Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk. It is the most powerful SUV in India and costs ₹1.6 crore. The car is so powerful that it can go from 0-100 km/hr in a matter of 3.62 seconds. It is still not available for sale in India and therefore Dhoni had to buy it from international markets.
