"Convenient location. Note rooms are very very small so if you are only sleeping there you will be fine. Bed is super comfortable. No microwave in rooms so not convenient to heat up leftovers."

"Pros: Safe, convenient location; friendly host. Cons: Maintenance needed. Broken and missing blinds, shower floors slippery when wet. Amenities missing or in short supply. Cleanliness less than expected."

Honestly one of my favorite parts about California is Beverly Hills. People were nice. It was clean. You could walk everywhere easily.
