Steve Huison is a British actor who is best known for his roles as “Lomper” in the film The Full Monty.

The Full Monty was a runaway success, becoming the highest-grossing film at the time it was released in 1997, until it was overtaken by Titanic.

The show follows a group of Sheffield friends perform a striptease to raise cash for child support and now 25 years later, Disney Plus has given the beloved movie a TV series sequel.

The 2023 sequel doesn’t pick up where the film left off, but instead follows the characters in the present day, as they deal with heartbreak, austerity and friendship.

Fans will be delighted that the original cast, including Steve, have returned for the TV series.

Steve’s forgotten Coronation Street role

Steve has also appeared in a number of well known TV shows and films and has also had a stint in one of ITV’s hit soaps.

He starred as Steve Greengrass in the Victoria Wood situation comedy series Dinnerladies, and as Eddie Windass in Coronation street.

Is Steve Huison married and does he have children?

The TV star, who was born in Leeds, West Yorkshire, prefers to keep this love life away from the spotlight. According to reports in 2016 he was living in Robin Hood's Bay with his wife, Theresa. It’s unknown if the pair are still together or if they have any children.
