He sent me an alocasia, but the level of packaging was low, so most alocasia arrived at me scarred and decomposed. One of the items I ordered was missing and delivered. But he said he sent it back. I'm requesting a partial refund. I will never buy from this seller again.

We found some discrepancies.All items were shipped as ordered,including scabriuscula that claimed is missing but clearly visible in photo provided earlier.Package arrived in Korea in 2 days but custom & quarantine took 8 days.communicated risk of importing to Korea before you order and you said "if some die,I'll order it again but i hope it's cheap". From 14 that you order,we provided 6 extra free plants yet you claim only receiving less & the original label already replaced and you make 2 rhizomes look like one.Contradictory claims were made regarding damage because you said we were wrong about alocasia hate long shipment & only claimed one missing,threatening to give bad review or refund.Evidence provided to Etsy team,yet you made different claim & asking refund for 9 plants including free plants from us.
