If you want to protect your package against the cold, notify us by message.
Any problem you have with your package should write to me within 8 hours after receiving your package. The plant can vary in size, we will always do our best to send the best quality option.
If we make a mistake we can make a refund or replacement, this must be explained with a photo of your claim.
Some plants will need a time greater than 3 s 5 days to process the shipment.
We are not responsible for any error made by the carrier, including a crushed package, lost late package, or any situation that happens after the package leaves our store.
A tracking number is provided, it is the buyer's responsibility to follow up on their package. Be aware when it arrives and open the package as soon as possible. (Leaving a package in a mailbox or outdoors for a long time can be deadly for the plant)
Claims to USPS must be managed by the buyer.
Keep in mind that you are buying a live plant, it may happen that a leaf changes color or the plant arrives dehydrated for some reason. We will always be at the best disposal to assist you in the acclimatization process to your new home. Do not hesitate to write to us if you need help, we will work hand in hand to guide you.
These terms are final once the package leaves our hands, we are a company with years of experience and a wide variety of plants we are here to help you.
