This is a huge book full of color photos. The pictures alone are worth the price of the book. It was publised a few years back. I think the new price was $70 or so. This a great book to look up little species of livebearers. They are a bunch that are native to the U.S. It gives the specifics for the different species. There is an index in the back to look common names if you are not sure about the species name. I found it for a reasonable price on ebay. I like livebears and I wanted to know more than just guppies.
People need to read more, educate themselves on their own. I love reading!
