The USPS delivered my package almost a week late. Alot of the Red Root Floaters were melting by the time I received the package. The snails appear to be doing good so far. Colton has been very responsive while we were waiting for the package and it going to ship replacement Red Root Floaters. He also said to let him know if the snails start to die off. Colton stands by his plants and animals. He is a pleasure to do business with. I will be ordering from Colton again.
