Tuker Bush - Sea Parsley is a coastline native that closely resembles Italian parsley. It has deeply divided green foliage on fleshy stems. It has very small white flowers in the warmer months.
May be used fresh or blanched, finely chopped or in sprigs, to flavour soups, salads, chicken and seafood dishes. The seeds may be used as a condiment or cooking spice.
Tolerates drought, frost, salinity and sandy soil. Plant in free draining soil. Water well and fertilize regularly for plentiful year round supply.
