Arsenal and Manchester United have reportedly sent scouts to watch CSKA Sofia defender Valentin Antov.
A number of clubs are believed to be interested in the 19-year-old with West Ham among them.
The youngster has established himself as a first team regular at Sofia, starting his side's last five games in the Bulgarian league.

And according to reports in Bulgaria representatives of the interested Premier League clubs made their way to the country to watch Sunday's game abgainst Ludogorets.
Antov became Sofia's youngest debutant at the age of just 14 and also became their youngest ever captain when he took the captain's armband for the last 25 minutes of the match.
He has also already been capped at international level, making his first appearance for Bulgaria as a substitute in a qualifier with Kosovo in March.
