Tim, good luck selling the motor as it should make someone a good one. Post a pic of the motor if you can.
Bought this engine from my brother in law a while back and finally decided to fire it up. It has been in the shop for 3 years so I hooked up the fresh gas, pumped the bulb, choked it, turned the key, and it fired up. I couldnt believe it. It hasnt been run in over 3 years. It is a 1992 model engine. Can anyone give me any idea of how much I should ask for this engine? I dont want to sell it, but I havent worked in a while and need some dough. Thanks guys, Tim

Hey Timk I don't have a clue but I have a number of a mech. that could probably give you a ball park figure. Heck I'll ask him if you want me to.
There's a wide range of prices for used ones.. local mechanic that sells them after serviceing them and checking them over gets around 800 for older ones.. guy in atlanta gets aroind 1500 so guess its where you are..
Sure eatmorecrappie, ask him for me. And goodloeboyz, thats about the range another guy told me. I was looking on ebay, and they are selling parts for that much, so I may just tair it a part and sell it that way. It has dual cylinder tilt and trim and they have been going for 400 dollars or more. I just hate to tair it apart when it is a good engine and trim set. I bought it to have a spare for my tracker but it is not suppose to have more than a 70 HP, and this is a 75HP, plus I need some money, so I guess I will let her go. It came off of a pontoon.
Hey, Timk sent you a pm.
if runs out good i may be interested in it do you have the tide for it
