Beatty Development Group promoted Jonathan Flesher and Timothy Pula, previously senior development directors, to vice president positions.

Flesher, who has been working with the company for nearly five years, is now vice president of development and will spearhead day-to-day activities at Baltimore’s massive Harbor Point mixed-use development. Flesher’s track record at the ongoing Harbor Point project includes the development of the Thames Street Wharf office building and leading the entitlement process for the Exelon Building. He is now handling development and construction of 1405 Point, a 289-unit residential community, as well as design and entitlement for the upcoming mixed-use Wills Wharf project.

Pula has been with Beatty Development for more than three years. In his new role of vice president of community development, he will continue to be responsible for the company’s residential projects. He is now handling development at Old Town Mall, a project that includes 1,200 housing units. Previously, he worked for Nine East 33rd, a 157-unit, 568-bed student housing community that opened in 2016 next to Johns Hopkins University in Charles Village.
