What you need to know: a rarity for any pot plant enthusiast! Like other varieties, this rare banana plant also forms a bill trunk or pseudost, which can grow 2-3 m high in nature. It is rhizome forming and produces light green leaves up to 2 m long. In winter, it is simply capped and the following year new saplings are floating. The crepe banana is one of the smaller types and is ideal for pot keeping. Small groups of 3-4 plants can also be assembled. The flowers are encased in purple supports and the fruits grow only 6-10 cm. The Musa ochracea comes from the rainforests in the eastern Himalayas, is robust and is considered an attractive ornamental palm tree and is therefore often planted in moderate zones as a park and garden plant. But the crepe banana is still rare due to its high price. The cultivation of the QKSEJ in the house is possible all year round. Rough the extremely hard QKSEJ anywhere with a file or sandpaper and then leave them to soak in warm water for about 36 hours. So the germination process can be greatly accelerated. Then place the QKSEJ at a distance of 10 cm approximately 1-2 cm deep in damp cultivation substrate and keep the substrate evenly warm and moist until germination but not wet (risk of rotation). After 2 to 8 weeks, the first germination tips should show. The warmer the location, the faster the plants propel out.
