Works great on all fireplace surfaces such as brick, stone, tile, and river rock to remove smoke residue, soot, ash, dust, and carbon deposits on contact. Use on cold surfaces only. This gel is amazing. Buy this product now. We had a barbq fire, AKA grease fire, at my propane grill that was on the patio up against our white brick exterior wall. It burned for 10+ minutes, even with the gas off, just because of the accumulated grease. This resulted in huge black soot stains on the bricks. I SCRUBBED once already with Simple Green, with only mild improvement for the labor I put in to it. Then used Quick N Brite gel and a stiff plastic scrub brush similar to what's shown here. Yes, more "elbow grease for sure. Left it on 15 minutes, and wa-la.... brand new bricks again. Wish I had taken before and after pixs and thought to use this product for the first scrub instead. Highly recommend.

We used our fireplace all winter and after using the fireplace, I realized white was not the way to go. I searched for products that would clean it. I found this product and on the back it said it was for brick/stone/tile/river rock. I used it and it took the material off. I looks horrible now.
I followed instructions on the bottle. DONT BUY!

I wish a took a before and after photo.. wow this stuff was amazing. I followed the instructions and it works. I will be doing a second round shortly to get some of the areas that needed a bit more - if you’ve got alot of soot to clean you may need to go twice as it’s wet so hard to see if the rock is clean. I would recommend putting down some old towels or a drop sheet because it’s wet and drips down or even sprays a bit when you’re scrubbing with the brush.
