Great story, as have been all the previous Michael Bennett books. Really enjoy how the authors tie in Mike’s family and MC - meshing seamlessly with the story. What I don’t like is how this book is a very blatant setup for the next book. Book 5 ended so abruptly that I found myself checking my Kindle to see why it skipped several chapters to the end. Not a big deal for me since I have all the books up to 16 and am treating the whole series as one huge book. But if I was reading in “real” time, I would have been really annoyed.
