Feed with a general purpose fertilizer before new growth begins in spring. For a tidy, neat appearance, prune regularly to maintain size and shape.
  • Ligustrum recurvifolium is a large, upright, broad-leaved evergreen shrub, that is highly adaptable and easy to grow. the dark green, wavy leaves can be used as an evergreen foundation hedge, or privacy screen.
  • We suggest when planting your newly purchased Ligustrum Recurvifolium plants that you dig a hole twice as wide as the root system but not deeper. Depending on the quality of your existing soil you may need to add a locally sourced compost or topsoil to the back-fill soil.
  • Privet or Ligustrum Recurvifolium is a refined and formal evergreen plant featuring shiny dark green foliage with a dense habit. Its bright white flowers in April give way to bright black berries which add interest during the autumn and winter months.
