This CD is at the core of my Road Trip MP3 set. High intensity, great range. One of the best CDs I have ever heard. This is a great compilation of Guano Apes work.
I recently just discovered Guano Apes while listening to pandora.com and was instantly transfixed by the variety of the music. I am an avid music collector and after hearing 'Rain', 'Dodel up' and 'Lords of the Boards' had to add the Apes to my collection!
Best and Lost is a fantastic display of the transformation the Apes and their music made over time.
Ich kann das gemecker langsam nicht mehr hören. Die Lost (T)apes hat ja angeblich eine so schlechte Tonqualität. Das stimmt nicht!!!Ok die Tonqualität ist nicht die Beste aber so schlecht wie alle tun ist sie nicht! Zudem ist diese Doppel-CD eine gute Investition, wenn man bedenkt das man die Best of und die Lost Tapes für 14,95 bekommt. Die CD ist nur zu empfehlen. Das geilste Lied befindet sich auf der Lost (T)apes: Open your eyes als Demo. Meiner Meinung nach durch den Zweitstimmigen Refrain hammer mäßig geil. Kaufempfehlung. Ihr werdet es nicht bereuen.
Ich selbst bin oft eine "Querbeet-Hörerin", aber mein Mann hat sich das Album gewünscht und nun wird es auch von mir rauf und runter im Auto gehört (hauptsächlich wohl CD 1).
Welches Songs auf dem Album sind, ist ja klar Lords of the boards mein absoluter Fav. und da die Guano Apes im Ohr gerade präsent sind, wurden auch gleich Tickets fürs Konzert im Oktober gekauft :-))
Ich stehe auf solche Musik. Wenn sie mir nicht gefallen würde dann hätte ich sie nicht gekauft. Es ist natürlich nicht die einzige Stielrichtung die höre, je nach Laune.
Guano Apes, this is a great buy, for people new to the band or old fans, it is two albums in one, the best of and the lost tapes as the title indicates great bands as this do not come along very often, from start to finish this album will have you wanting more, buy it and enjoy great music.
