Story
Hello, my name is Marisol!! I am urgently looking for a foster to be transferred to Los Angeles from Tijuana Mexico. I have a very irresponsible owner who lets me roam the streets and for that reason I have been hurt a few times now. Angels with me would love to help me find an amazing home in L.A . Will you be my Angel?

Story
Hi, I’m Ryland. I’m a 6-year-old spayed husky/Plott hound/boxer mix female up to date on all vaccinations. I am looking for a home with no other pets since I am very dog selective. I get along great with all big and small humans! I love treats and walks and I’m especially talkative when it’s time for food. I make a great snuggle and hiking buddy and guard dog. I will protect you and love you and hope you do the same for me. I hope to meet you soon!!

Story
I’m Gina! A small size 2-year-old German Shepard looking to start my new journey in Los Angeles. I am a Tijuana Mexico street survivor. I am super friendly, and I love all dogs! I adore children and nice people. Yes, I am spayed, vaccinated and ready to find my forever home. I wish to find a family that can offer to foster me to be transported to LA soon. I would love a family to take me to the beach on long walks. I might be a bit nervous on my walks at the beginning, but I promise to be a good girl and fast learner.

Story
Luke was rescued from the San Diego Humane Society. He is a young Plott Hound mix, approximately 74 pounds in weight. He is very majestic with stunning black and brown brindle fur, amber soulful eyes, and a tall muscular stature. According to the American Kennel Club the Plott Hound is intelligent, alert, and confident. He can be a tail-wagging, people-loving dog, but may be a bit standoffish, since he is extremely smart and focused. From a health perspective the AKC says Plotts are generally healthy dogs. A responsible breeder will have had the dog's parents screened for health concerns such as hip dysplasia. Pendant ears such as the Plott's can be prone to infection, so the ears should be checked regularly. Plott Hounds are tough, relentless athletes requiring lots of exercise and outdoor time. Daily vigorous exercise such as long walks or runs or play sessions with his owner will help to keep the Plott mentally and physically healthy. Please apply to adopt Luke at www.AALOC.org. Once your application is reviewed and approved we will contact you to make an appointment to visit us at AALOC to meet Luke and get to know him a bit. Donation of $165 for dog adoption includes spay/neuter, vaccinations, and a microchip. Applications require a veterinary reference and home visit (in Orange County, CA). For more information on adoption policies visit our dog adoption page at www.aaloc.org. Contact us by e-mail at aaloc@aaloc.org or by phone (714) 893-4393.
