Description: Araticui, scientifically known as Annona Dolabripetala, is a small tree reaching about 6 meters in height. It features simple leaves and greenish flowers, followed by small, yellow fruits with edible, sweet, translucent whitish flesh. The tree is native to South America, specifically Eastern Brazil, and it is known by the botanical name Rollinia Dolabripetala. This species is endemic to the understory of the Atlantic coastal rainforest in Southeastern Brazil. In cultivation, it thrives best in tropical and some warm temperate climates.

Fruit Characteristics: The yellow fruits of Araticui are small and have a sweet, translucent whitish flesh. The edible nature of the fruit makes it a local delicacy.
