Phantom Glass Catfish (Kryptopterus bicirrhis)

Also known as the Ghost Catfish or Phantom Catfish, the Phantom Glass Catfish are one of the most beginner friendly catfish and are well known for their eye catching appearance and timid personality. They will typically grow to between 4-5 inches long. Once adapted, these fish will feed on most commercial dried foods like flakes and pellets, however feeding them wet or live foods like brine shrimp and live worms will help them to be a lot healthier. It is better to keep the Phantom Glass Catfish in groups of 5 or 6 due to their timid nature.
