Leea Coccinea Burgundy, also known as Hawaiian holly, is a shrubby plant with decorative bronze-coloured leaves. The plant genus Leea is native to northern and eastern Australia, New Guinea, south and south-east Asia and parts of Africa. The plant prefers bright light or light shade and a well-drained but moist soil. The fast-growing plant forms large inflorescences with berry-like, bright red outer petals that later turn into black berries.

Grown from own stem cuttings; collector plant/tree; between May and September (without forestry days) it can be placed in the garden or on the balcony in a bright (but not directly sunny) location; not overfertilised, therefore top healthy & robust (100% organic quality before quantity!); potted in a well-drained, self-mixed organic substrate; repotting only necessary after 2-3 years; enjoy your new "Leea Coccinea Burgundy"!
