Forget-Me-Not plant named for the scorpion’s tail as its blossoms coil as they unfold. This flower essence works on the energetic spiral of memory and unconscious symbols. It is a five-pointed star plant, five petals and five sepals. Flowers that express the 5 pointed form/shape/vibration offer us grounding and depth embodiment that helps us stay here. Forget-Me-Not does so by connecting us to our Big memories that come through lifetimes and from our spiritual guides giving us an understanding of our position in time, place, and purpose in this karmic incarnation.

The spiral/snake/scorpion like form taken by its flowers as they unfold symbolize the way we evolve and grow along a spiral whereby we may pass by the same places and situations each time around but in a different relationship to them. This essence helps us to become aware and understand our relationship with our journey as well as with others.
This scorpionic, snake-like form is also seen as an indicator of symbiosis with the world of insects and pollinators as it mimics the shape of the unfurling proboscis (feeding tube) through which the insect connects with the flower and imbibes nourishment. This symbiotic resonance makes this an essence that revitalizes our connection with our symbiotic relationship with the universe when we feel isolated, disconnected, or alone.
Forget-Me-Not can be used as a dreamtime essence when we want support remember our dreams related to our ancestors, people we love that have recently passed, and those that we are karmically tied to in this life or in others. It reminds us that there is always a thread that connects us to the otherworld and aids our access to the knowledge and wisdom that is held for us there.
Dosage: This is a stock bottle so can be taken directly by the drop; 1-3 drops under the tongue or in water 2-3x per day or as desired. It can also be used to make a dosage bottle if that is a practice you're familiar with.
This essence is a “stock” bottle. A stock bottle is a dilution of the original “mother” essence made by taking 7 drops of the mother and putting it into a 60:40 ratio of spring water to alcohol and potentizing it by shaking. This stock bottle can be further diluted into a dosage bottle by taking 3 drops of the stock essence and putting it into 1/2 ounce of spring water.
