Blue Shift HD Otis
So I found this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HRrudqwLAP8
It has a model that I have not been able to find anywhere and I've been searching for years. Anyone know where I can find this specific Otis Blue Shift model? I know that the ORIGINAL version of the model was made by Ambient Impact for Half-Life Opposing Force; but I'm looking for Blue Shift specifically.

It's a fan-made HD model you can find online.

I know that it's fan made. The problem is that I haven't been able to find a download.

Or to be a little bit more specific, I'm looking to have the ambient impact model re-rigged with Blue Shift animations such as the "range_struggle" animation like it does in the video and also maybe with the intro_otis animations from Blue Shift. If there's anyone that might be able to help that would be fantastic. The original ambient impact otis model can be found here: http://old.ambientimpact.com/downloads_npc.htm
