Body found in Fife during search for Falkirk man missing since October

The family of Kenneth Hope, 52, has been made aware

A body's been found in Fife during the search for a missing man who disappeared almost two months ago.

52-year-old Kenneth Hope was last seen in the Falkirk area on 30 October near to the River Carron, walking in the direction of Stenhousemuir.

The body is yet to be formally identified but his family has been made aware.

There are no apparent suspicious circumstances surrounding the death.

A Police Scotland statement was released saying: "The body of a man has been found in the Limekilns area of Fife.

"The body is yet to be formally identified but the family of missing man Kenneth Hope, 52, has been made aware.

"There are no apparent suspicious circumstances and a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal".
