Reduced charges for Armand Assante’s ex-gal

A Manhattan judge Wednesday reduced charges against the former girlfriend of “Mambo Kings” star Armand Assante for racking up $40,000 in charges on actor Josh Brolin’s credit card and also shoplifting from Saks.

Back in 2014, Justice Michael Obus agreed to let Brazilian stunner Giselle Oliveira, 35, dodge jail time if she completed 200 hours of community service and paid $20,000 in restitution as part of a plea deal.

“I understand that community service was done and restitution will be paid today,” the judge said in Manhattan Supreme Court. “The conditions of the plea agreement have been met.”

Obus dismissed the felony grand larceny and possession of stolen property raps against the pouty-lipped blond. He, then, allowed her to plead guilty to two counts of misdemeanor possession of stolen property.

Oliveira, wearing a long black coat, 5-inch heels and oversized sunglasses, declined to comment as her lawyers shepherded her from the courthouse.

Oliveira was originally charged with using “Gangster Squad” star Brolin’s American Express account to buy $40,000 in clothes on a Web site, court papers show.

In a separate indictment, she was accused of cutting the security tags off nearly $10,000 in designer duds at a Saks and trying to sneak out with them.

Assante, 66, had to take out a loan to bail Oliveira out of jail, court records show.

Brolin, the son of actor James Brolin, has said he’d never met Oliveira and ran into Assante only once at movie shoot.
