For many years as a young woman I struggled with being maliciously bullied. I didn’t understand how girls could be so jealous, catty, and down-right vicious. Through my experience, my vision of women and girls standing together as allies was born. I still believe that there is power in numbers especially when women are working together towards a common goal.
In light of this vision, I formed my Goddess Circle gathering in Montreal in 2012 where women gather on the full moon.
At our gatherings we enjoy a potluck together, meditate, and begin to share the stories of our hearts. Through the circle women learn to trust each other, and to communicate transparently.
They begin to feel like they have sisters who will unconditionally support them, and begin to reach for their dreams.
I love facilitating circles and in 2013 I began teaching workshops at the gatherings to teach the women about nutrition, beauty, and well-being, to offer tools to reconnect with nature and to reconnect with love & support from sacred community. I have decided that 2014 is the year I will take this material and spread it like wildfire!
Goddess Circles are an informal place for women to gather, celebrate being a woman connect as sisters, bond, share, and learn from each other.
This is a place of peace, healing, feminine power and freedom. This is a safe environment for women to discuss and share things without judgment.
