Where do I start?! The cake she made for my sons 2 year old Mickey Mouse bday party was beyond beautiful and actually tasted better than some of the Most expensive cakes I've had. She truly is a gifted baker, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a creative take on Pinterest cakes.

I am beyond happy with what Sitra created for my coworkers. I needed a personalized cake at the last minute and she worked with me despite the short time frame. The cake was exactly the way I pictured in my head, but better. Not only did she create a beautiful cake, but it was also delicious. I highly recommend Sitra's Cakes for any occasion- I will most definitely be using her for other events.

Sitra baked and designed a solar system birthday cake for my son's 3rd birthday! It was magnificent. I showed her a photo to get inspiration from and she nailed it! Her attention to detail was amazing and collaborating with her over the phone was easy. Not to mention, the taste of the cake was so moist and delicious! Sitra came to my rescue.
Last month I opened a dental practice, and amongst my busyness I decided that I should celebrate and throw myself a proper Business Shower last min. 4 days before I decided to place a custom cake order so I came to yelp and searched "custom cakes". A list came up and I started making phone calls to the local cake companies here in the OC. To my surprise I was rudely responded to by the other businesses, one laughing at me when I told them I needed a cake in 4 days (he rudely hung up after) and then the next also was rude in telling me I was about 3 months too late to order a custom cake, and the next trying to charge me 450 for a small cake. Finally I called Sitra, the next on my "yelp list" and finally I KNEW I had the right person. She was so gentle, kind and attentive on the phone. She took me seriously and knew I was in a predicament for deciding on a custom cake on such short notice, but she didn't make fun of me, she was empathetic and started brainstorming with me. She texted me some photos of her work before, and to my surprise she had so much experience that she even had experience with teeth cake decorations.
We decided to go with cupcakes and it was fantastic. She was so professional and definitely took so much stress off of me for coming to my rescue. She is talented and the "last min" cupcakes were a hit. Everyone wanted to keep one! In fact they were so cute everyone took them home carefully as a souvenir from my party.
In the future, I am definitely going to seek out Sitra's help again for my next creative parties. She definitely is looking out for you and it's obvious she cares unlike the other custom cake companies around that seem too busy for our business.
Do yourself a favor and call her first.
