Dr. Glennon is brilliant! He is not some fake nice and not afraid of who he is. Myself, three sisters and parents have been going to him for over 15 years. Dr. Glennon is thorough and gives it to you straight! If you ever have an issue or a complaint, both he and the amazing staff work to get you in as soon as possible! I am so surprised to read these terrible reviews! Obviously, everyone can have their own opinion, and I think that maybe Dr. Glennon not having this fake bedside demeanor is probably what's behind that. He truly is a kind man and again he is absolutely brilliant and explains everything! He even sings while he works and is happy as he takes pride in it! Highly recommend! Thank you for being amazing! Front desk ladies are BEYOND lovely!! Is the place a little old? Sure. Is the service and knowing you have a dentist that is going to take care of you and be there when you need him to better than going to a place with updated equipment that does the same thing at a higher cost and unknown service justify not seeing him- YES!!

I hate that I even have to give this place 1 star. First the office is filthy and the doc is AWFUL. Calling them for anything is a nightmare and dreadful. Never again will I ever come here. I would NEVER recommend this place. Dental experience from hell.

What a pleasant experience! A kind staff and dentist, sensitive to your comfort,had made this my preferred dental office. I felt fairly examined, treated with care and left with a smile.

I just had my first appointment with Dr Glennon's office. It was luckily just a cleaning! I'm sick of dental work!

Everyone at the office was very nice and professional. Dr Glennon took time to answer any questions I had and took a genuine interest in me.

I like the more personalized experience you get at a smaller office rather than the big dental offices. I highly recommend Dr Glennon!

Excwllant staff I called and explained howurgent I needed to be seen for teeth actraction due to pain and having trouble eating so they got me in to be seen in 2days thank god for Dr.James glemon Jr..,,,716-279-0276

I'm a newer patent of Dr. Glennon and my experience in the last year has been great so far. His office has been very helpful and responsive to all my needs. It is a clean, though dated office. Small, but stocked with k-cups and a big screen. They are friendly and quick. Sophia is a wonderful hygienist. Dr. Glennons skills are accurate and professional. He removed my sons impacted wisdom tooth so fast and relatively painlessly that he barely knew it was happening. He's been very helpful at making our experiences affordable also. Dr. Glennon has been a great dentist for me and my family.

absolutely worst experience i have ever had with a dentist. first of all i went in and had some unexpected issues with my insurance (fine) but then they nurse proceeded to call me in to see the dentist and say "i don't know what's going on with your insurance but we're going to go ahead and give you xrays anyway." me being 21 y/o (going to a new dentist away from home by myself) let the nurse give me an x-ray. i then saw the dentist he didn't introduce himself and just went ahead and looked at my obviously infected wisdom tooth. later on i went to check out and the receptionist lets me know that the dentist is charging me $75 for the x-ray. i then ask her if i could be billed bc clearly i'm in college and don't have $75 to give away, and in the NASTIEST ATTITUDE I HAVE EVER SEEN she says well did you make that arrangement with him? JUST LIKE THAT. the DENTIST THEN COMES OUT AND LOOKS AT ME WITH THE DIRTIEST LOOK OF DISGUST AND SAYS you don't have $75? to which i reply a simple no. later the receptionist hands me a SIMPLE PRINTED OUT $75 bill and says you know you're lucky because we're not charging you the full amount for the x-ray and not charging you for the examination. i cannot stress enough how horrible this entire experience was. DO NOT SEE THIS DENTIST!!!!!!!!!! DISGUSTING, unorganized, chaotic establishment.

This was the worst dental service I have ever received in my life. The office is in shambles, the equipment looks like it has been salvaged from 1972, I hadn't been to a dentist in about 4 years and swear the hygienist cleaned my teeth with Qtips, the dentist never introduced himself, just slapped some bondo on my tooth and slapped the old crown right right on top of a decaying tooth without cleaning or doing much of an exam. the front office lady was nightmarish with her purple old lady coiuf. I fear dentists, and had any drill or cleaning machine sounds been made during my visit, I would swear I was at the little shop of horrors! Never, ever again!

I was really dissatisfied with my interactions here. Although the dental hygienist was fairly nice, I found Dr. Glennon to be rather unprofessional. He kept speaking to the hygienist as if I were not in the room and was out in less than 5 minutes, barely looking at my teeth. He made some comment about how he would fix my 'deformed tooth' which he admitted is not a cause for concern and is toward the back so not even really visible in my smile.( seemed like a money grab) I had went for a wisdom tooth consult and decided I definitely wanted to go with an oral surgeon instead(which he is not). As my mom is off during the day, while I'm at work, as a favor to me,she called the receptionist to see about picking up the xrays and a referral for the oral surgeon, the receptionist demanded to know what time she was coming and acted like having to get some papers out for her would be this huge ordeal. She ended up not even being there when my mom came to pick them up and Dr. Glennon just gave her a hastily-scribbled referral. Not to mention, the location feels like you're walking into someone's house and they don't even have sinks or suction tubes in the exam room. I got such a bad vibe, I definitely was not going to let this guy pull my teeth. Save your time and find somewhere else to go!

My family has been going to Dr. Glennon for about 9 years. I like him. He and his staff get the job done. I have never had a complaint after any of my cleanings. I particular appreciate the work of the hygienist. She does a good thorough cleaning and doesn't harass you about your lack of flossing while she has her hand in your mouth. They are respectful and nice people. No, the office isn't new but I'll stay there anyway. My adult daughter changed to a new state of the art dentist.... She is paying for it too!
