Renee S.Spring Hill, TN0161Sep 30, 2023New ownership has made a significant impact on every aspect of this auction. The almost entirely new staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Programs have been added to make find a vehicle on the lot a cinch. Improved layout and processes now make pickup and drop off vehicles safer and efficient. These people know how to run a sale! Many improvements to facility have been made and it seems they are ongoing. Pleasure doing business or sending our associates there to work.

These people will dry run you like no other. If you call to have gate passes made, the desk person will assure you, they are printed and ready. When you arrive, God forbid over the weekend, the security person will not have them. Security will question you with whom you spoke to get these gate passes, (a clearly irrelevant and defensive question,) as if by not knowing reception's name, the gate passes would not or should not be there. This auction has wasted my company's time more than any other -- averaging 2-3 wasted trips per month. These dry-runs are damaging: they gas-light our dispatchers who keep record of calling for these gate passes, and it infuriates drivers when they cannot pick up their units. No one there is held accountable for this recurring issue, week in and week out. You guys need to tighten up -- get a better system, and get some better help. Shame on you.

Great atmosphere with tons of inventory to choose from! Outstanding work environment, where everyone is treated like family. The upper management at CFAA truly cares about each employee. Management makes sure they provide the necessary tools to the employees to ensure they're successful. I would highly recommend stopping into CFAA and filling out an application to anyone who is ready to work for a great company that offers outstanding benefits.
