In the early stages of WWII, the Horch Type 1a was an important German military machine. It was powered by the 80hp V8 engine and could hold 8. Due to a combination of 4-wheel drive and 4-wheel steering, it was a nimble vehicle operating on all major WWII theaters. Type 1a served diligently in a number of roles including transporting troops and equipment, towing artillery pieces, and even as an ambulance. This 1/35 scale model, consists of 211 parts and is best suited for experienced builders. When fully built it is 137mm in length.
